How to collect your prize?

If you have received a congratulatory SMS from our official handle (7447 or MECURE) which states that you have won a prize, please DO NOT delete that SMS message. It will be used as a verification token while handing over the prize to you.

If you have won a mobile recharge prize, your mobile number should receive the recharge credit automatically. This should take anywhere between 1 - 30 mins, as it depends upon your network provider i.e. MTN, Airtel, 9mobile and GLO. So please allow sometime for the recharge to reflect on your mobile account. In case you do not receive the credit even after 30 mins, please drop a WhatsApp message on our chat support number +234-8173515151. Note that this number can only receive WhatsApp messages and cannot receive phone calls, so please drop a message ONLY on WhatsApp for any support request or query.

If you have won any other prize such as a smartphone, refrigerator, washing machines etc. you can collect the prize in person from any of the following distribution depots closest to you.

At the time of collecting your prize from our depots we will need to verify your mobile number before handing over the prize. This is to ensure that we only hand over the prizes to authentic and verified winners. So please ensure that you carry the mobile number used to redeem the scratch card coupon code at the time of collecting your prize.
